45 minute session - £45.00

A perfect treatment helping you to relax and help balance each Chakra using different Crystals. Fantastic if you are feeling stressed, or a bit "out of sorts", or you need a bit of "me time".

Crystal Healing can help restore balance and energy flow in the mind and body, boosting the feeling of overall well-being and positivity.

Distant healing is also available if you cannot make it to the room, and this will be at an agreed time so you can be as comfortable as possible.

35-40 minute session - £30.00

A wonderful massage treatment for not just the head, but also the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, head and face using an essential oil of your choice. Perfect for if you have areas of tension, suffer from headaches, or just need a bit of a pamper. I will also incorporate Crystals into this treatment.

Indian Head Massage can help relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression and helps to boost energy levels. Indian Head massage can also help with sleep problems and helps to stimulate circulation, assisting in removing toxins from the body.

Approximately One hour - £10.00

We will spend a bit of time together, finding out what brought you along for the consultation, and finding out which Crystals could benefit you the best (there will be a little bit of work for you to do beforehand to get the most from this session). We will then spend a bit more time together, giving you the time to see which Crystals you are drawn to…or which ones are drawn to you.

30 minute session - £30

Developed by Dr David Hill, the Aromatouch Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along the energy meridians found throughout the body. Using 8 different essential oils and blends, feather light touch will be applied to the back and feet, helping to improve overall well-being by reducing emotional and physical stressors. 30 minutes of pure bliss and multi sensory relaxation!

Either from the comfort of your home or garden, or from mine (please check out my Facebook Page for up to date event information). The perfect opportunity for you to ask me questions about the Crystals, look at them, touch them and see how each one makes you feel. I also hold a raffle which is either drawn that evening, or the next day. The perfect excuse to get your family and friends together, usually lasting between 2 & 4 hours. The energy from each party is just amazing!
